Ava's First Santa Visit!

Ava has started to walk all by herself! She also started using a fork this morning and feeding herself scrambled eggs!! She finger painted her first masterpiece this week as well!

Ava - 13 1/2 months!

Ava now has 8 teeth and has started to take some steps on her own! She will walk across the living room all by herself!

Ava's first trip to New York City!

Ava had lots of fun on her first trip to NYC with Mommy, Daddy, Grammie, and Grandpa! We went on a carriage ride through Central Park and Times Square. We were also on TV on the CBS Early Show!!!

Ava - 12 1/2 months!

Ava loves to push her stroller around the house, but doesn't want her doll in the stroller! She is also getting her seventh tooth in!

Our Little Lady Bug

Ava dressed up as a Lady Bug for Halloween this year! She really had lots of fun trick-or-treating! She also went to a dress-up party with her play group!

1 year old!!!

Ava is getting close to walking! She took her first 3 steps by herself yesterday! She went for her 1 year check-up today and weighed in at 21 pounds and is 28 inches tall!

Ava will turn 1 on October 18th! She had her very 1st birthday party on Saturday with 3 mini ponies that came to visit!

Ava is getting to be such a big girl! She now has 6 teeth and is trying to walk and drive! She's eating table food only and loves apples!

Ava's First Visit to Church

Ava went to church with Mommy and Daddy for the first time. She loved getting dressed up!

Ava visits Grampy in Austin!

Ava visited Grampy in Austin a few weeks ago. She had not seen him since Christmas, so it was a fun visit!

Ava is 9 months!!

9 months brought lots of new, fun adventures for Ava! She has started to pull herself up on furniture and stand holding on! She is also getting one of her top front teeth in! She went for her 9 month check up today and weighed in at 19.11 pounds and was 27 3/4 inches tall!

Ava has 2 teeth and crawls!

Ava now has her front bottom 2 teeth in! She also just started crawling last week (July 12)! She loves to explore everything and is trying to pull herself up on furniture.

Ava's New Adventures!

Ava is traveling great distances this week! She rolls across the entire living room playing with different toys along the way! She is trying so hard to crawl! She is also rolling over on her tummy in her crib and sleeping on her tummy! Her second bottom front tooth is beginning to come in as well.

Ava at 7 months!

Ava is growing so quickly! She had her 7 month check up and weighed in at 17 pounds and was 26 inches in length! She's getting her first tooth and is trying to crawl! She loves to play with all of her toys and also loves the phone and remote controls! She's finally starting to sleep from 7pm-6am, which is wonderful!! She is so much fun and we love every moment with her!!!

Mother's Day

May 2006: Ava and Sean made my first Mother's Day just wonderful!! Ava sent me flowers and took me to dinner!

Grammie and Grandpa come to visit!!

April 16-May 1: Grammie came to take care of Ava for 2 weeks while Mommy was at work! They had so much fun shopping and looking out the window at all of the cars and trucks!

Ava sits up all by herself!!

April 17, 2006 (6 months): One day before her 6 month birthday, Ava decided it was time to sit up all by herself! What a big girl!!!
