Choo-Choo Train Ride

Ava rode the train into the city for the first time yesterday. She had such a fun time and even sat in her own seat.

Grampy and Aunt Haley's Visit

Grampy and Aunt Haley came to visit us the day after Christmas which is also Grampy's birthday. Ava sang Grampy Happy Birthday many times since Happy Birthday is her favorite song right now! She knows all of the words!

On the night before Christmas, we had a wonderful dinner prepared by Grammie and Grandpa! We also tried our best to get the perfect family picture while Ava was intent on putting stickers on her face!

The night before Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas this year in Boston! Grammie and Grandpa came to spend Christmas with us here! Ava loved opening all of her presents on Christmas morning and got excited about every gift she opened! Santa brought her a doll house, a tunnel system and a Svan scooter! She also received lots of other fun books, puzzles and cooking goodies! She left cookies and milk for Santa and she even finished the cookies Santa left behind the next morning!

Holiday Play Dates!

We attended and hosted a couple of fun holiday play dates with Ava's friends! The kids had a great time painting ornaments and playing!

Santa Visit!

Ava visited Santa today! She wasn't sure she liked him at first, but when he brought out a doll, I think she changed her mind!

Make-up!

Ava found my make-up bag and had a great time trying on everything! She knew exactly what to do with the lipgloss, blush and powder!

I had a long day!

This past weekend we went to 3 places before we found what we thought was the perfect Christmas tree! After 2 places, we finally just got the first tree we looked at and its not that pretty! I think it will be fine once we get lights and decorations on it. Ava enjoyed seeing all of the trees and helping us find one!
